The Cast of MerlinAccording to some web reports, it looks highly likely that Georgia will be in the new second series of BBC fantasy drama Merlin, which starts broadcasting on BBC ONE on Saturday 19th September.

As yet we have no details about which episode or even which character she's playing, however as soon as we know we'll let you know!

Marple S4 in the UK

Frankie DerwentITV has now confirmed airdates for the first two Marple episodes to be shown on ITV and simultaneously on ITVHD.

Series Four consists of four episodes starring Julia McKenzie as the amateur sleuth Miss Jane Marple.

Georgia plays beautiful Socialite Lady Frances Derwent in the third episode of Series 4 "Why Didn't They Ask Evans?" which is to be shown later in 2009.

The Series Four Episodes are:

A Pocket Full of Rye to be broadcast Sunday 6th September 2009 (confirmed)
Murder is Easy to be broadcast Sunday 13th September 2009 (confirmed)

Why Didn't They Ask Evans? to be broadcast later in 2009
They Do It With Mirrors to be broadcast later in 2009

The episodes are timed at two hours duration and start at 8pm.

The last two episodes are to be broadacast later in 2009.

Georgia as Heather (Casualty)Now officially confirmed in a BBC Press Release, Georgia will be joining the cast of the long-running Hospital drama Casualty in the new series 24, due to start airing on BBC One from September 2009.

Georgia will be playing Heather, a new Junior Doctor to arrive at the Emergency Department as part of a new intake of Doctors.

The first episode of the series will air on BBC One on Saturday 12th September 2009 at 8:10pm and runs for 50 minutes. The second episode of this two-parter will air the next day - Sunday 13th September 2009.

The BBC Press Releases in the Casualty Section contains details of episodes (and therefore spoilers!) and a listing (along with air dates for the UK) of the first ten episodes.

Georgia in CasualtyA BBC preview trailer released today, reveals that Georgia will be appearing in Casualty as a Junior Doctor. Although the BBC have released details such as the number of episodes in the series (Series 24) and the titles of those episodes, no more details have been released about storylines, other than this:

So, what does series 24 hold in store? Well, we meet 8 new junior doctors in the department, though not all of them will still be doctors by the end of the series; there's an inquest; there's a wedding; Polly's life is turned upside down by the arrival of the mysterious Alistair; an old face from the past returns; Ruth gets a shock when an unexpected patient turns up in ED; and, Zoe gets a surprise when she discovers her latest fella is not what he seems.

Georgia in Greatest Who Moments

Jenny and The DoctorGeorgia is set to appear in a new three part documentary series from the Doctor Who Confidential team called Greatest Doctor Who Moments. Along with David Tennant, John Barrowman, Freema Agyeman and David Morrissey, Georgia will appear in one of the three programmes to be shown on BBC Three, starting from Thursday 20th August 2009.

The three programmes are one hour in duration each and starts with "The Doctor" to be followed by "Companions" and "Enemies".

Patrick Mulkern, in the new issue of the Radio Times has this to say:

With 58 Doctor Who Confidentials already under their belt, Gillane Seaborne and her team deliver a trio of themed docs – a fast, fun celebration of all that has made Doctor Who a storming success since its rebirth in 2005. [Parts 2 and 3] Companions and Enemies will follow, but this week it’s the Doctor’s turn in the limelight. What makes the Bachelor of Time tick? Why does he need reigning in occasionally? And who are his own heroes?

Georgia MoffettAccording to The Sun newspaper, Georgia is set to appear in the long running BBC medical soap drama Casualty as a junior doctor. The paper says that she is one of four new stars to appear in the soap, including Personal Affairs beauty Laura Aikman and newcomers Steve Miller and Will Sharpe.

The four newcomers are set to start their appearances in September, including a guest appearance from Russ Abbott.
