Doctor Who Art Auction
You may remember Robin Miller - the charity fundraiser - who last year raised over £1000 with his The10GrandCharityChallenge, raising money for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital by auctioning pictures drawn and signed by Doctor Who performers. Included in that EBay auction was a signed picture of a (pink) TARDIS drawn by Georgia.
This summer Robin has a new venture - The Ultimate Doctor Who Art Auction. Over 100 Dr Who cast members, creatives and celebrities have created a Dr Who themed artworks for him to auction, and some of them are still online now.
This year's campaign, called Twelveby12 aims to raise £12000 by the close of 2012, through running marathons and auctioning items like these. The charities benefiting include Great Ormond Street Hospital, Children with Cancer UK & Maggie's Centres for Cancer Care.
